Journal Prompt #19:
A picture is worth 1,00 words.  Today I gave you a random picture and asked you to write the story that took place before the picture was taken.  What happened BEFORE the photo?                                                  1 page

We acted out the death on the King.  Pictures from A block below.

We acted out the porter scene, and finished act 2.2.

We discussed the power of your imagination and explored why Shakespeare often does not show us the scenes that we want to see the most.  Why do you think that the murder scene is not shown?  Are stories better when we can't see the monster?

Last call on learning your Macbeth lines.  A reminder- these are a test grade.  Getting a zero on a test will destroy your average.  Learn the lines! :-)
